EXERCISE THERAPY: Our Exercise General Exercise Therapy classes are especially designed to work with all fitness levels to get the heart pumping along with the music…to release the stress from your mind and to work the stress out of your muscles, while we add strength in to them!  No couch here…we work it all out physically.  Often, by the end of our Exercise Therapy Session, members have resolved issues, feel lighter, with little to no irritability, and report feeling so good, energized, healthy, and happy.
